We did one at work a few years ago after hours. A company came in and setup props, clues, etc all around the office and we wore some costumes based on our assigned characters.
Before the OT comes in strong and classifies it as trashy or dumb; we had a good time. It was fun.

Ours did which may have made me perceive it as significantly more fun than it was.
