Looking to have multiple projects done on the house - new french doors going to back yard including sheetrock work around doors (currently old panel wall), concrete addition to patio, and new wood floors in living room, dining room, and halls.

What is the best method to get this work done? Find a single contractor to handle it all, outsource it to individual people, or other? Open to any suggestions.

Thanks in advance.

Man good luck on that. Dealing with contractors is a pain in the arse. None of them return phone calls, few of them show up to appointments, rarely do they return estimates in a timely manner, and none of them are professional UNLESS you want to spend an outrageous amount of money to get turnkey service.

The answer to your question totally depends on how much you know about the work to be done and how many headaches you want to deal with.

Find a General Contractor that will handle subs. They will generally bring in their preferred subs at their cost that generally offsets their fee. Best way to get best quality for best price with least headache.
