Hey....anybody ever actually go to the red palm palmestry shop on Louisville (when it was by the 165 overpass??) I used to hear stories about that place......

I remember right before the start of the war in 91 a guy jumped off Olin Hall......everyone thought he was a Iraqi protesting the war.....turned out he was just a dude from Bastrop....I often confuse those folks from Morhouse Parish with Iraqi's

The story behhind the dude who wears frilly dresses around Monroe is sad. He had a twin sister who died young. He dresses like that in memory of his sister. F'd up I know but that is the deal.He used to sit out in our office parking lot and we would ask him to leave. Had I known the truth about his situation back then I would have shown some compassion.
