There was a younger guy on the road next to me yesterday playing on his phone while driving. He didn't even try to hide it, he was holding the phone practically 6 inches from his face while staring intently at the screen. He was swerving all over the road. People have GOT to understand that there's no way you can drive safely that way.

I see this every single day, in every part of the city. No one hides it, because nothing is enforced against doing it. If it is, I haven't seen it happen yet.
