In the Philippines it is called Lidex Ointment and put a small amount on the Mole everyday until it goes away.

Have it sliced then sealed.... I scratched one on my scalp then it made a raised crusty. Ump. Finally dried up and healed as long as I quit scratching it!

You probably just scratched it, but a bleeding mole always merits a dermatologist visit. Please go soon.
