Mississippi Coaches Get Mad that they are getting beat, start a fuss

The parochial schools in Mississippi compete with the public schools in the Mississippi High School Activities Association. Last year, there was a push to have them banned from doing so - it was narrowly defeated.
This year, they decided to enforce a rule that prohibits non-Mississippi residents from competing on MHSAA teams. This affects the Catholic schools on the border - like in Natchez. Cathedral is less than 2 miles from the Louisiana border, and attracts a lot of Louisiana kids.

The bs around this extends not only to the athletes, but this stupid rule would also prohibit non-Mississippi children from participating in ALL extra curricular activities. So, no band, cheerleading, math clubs, etc.
