And most addicts would still be using pills if our state government (at least in AL's case) in all its wisdom wouldn't have cracked down on to the point doctors are afraid to write pain meds.
This created a vacuum in smaller towns who had never had heroin available that was filled by heroin.
Addicts are going to get their fix one way or another. You can't just cut off/back the supply of one type of opiate and expect all the addicts not to movr to something else.

I don't care who you are, I'm not trying to be your friend. Kym knows everything that's been said by myself, and everyone else discussing this young mans passing. He was one of my best friends, I'm going to his service for him, and him only.
