Try to file a claim for your car against her insurance.

They will want to get a copy of police report before sending an adjuster out or paying for your damages, but if cop really said she’s at fault then it should be reflected in the police report that’ll be available in a week or so. Once her insurance is able to get a copy of the police report that shows their client at-fault, you should be able to get paid for your damages without much trouble.

If she tries to sue or claim against your insurance, they’ll be looking for that same police report. Once they see the police report shows other driver ar-fault, your insurer will tell other driver to kick rocks
