Guess the cops realized that he could probably get off a few rounds at the guy in his face, but then he'd be swarmed or shot down where he stood with quickness.

My biggest complaint with the cops you see in the media that tend to overreact out of ease. Wish more would just use some common sense.
This cop actually deserves some credit, he understood their frustration and was not about to arrest the guy unless something really crazy went down. He let the guy voice his anger.

frick that guy. He tried to pass ILLEGALLY on the fricking shoulder. Cop did absolutely nothing wrong. At least he didn't shoot that fat POS that got in his face
