They will knock on the door and tell me I have a phone call. I sneak next door and use their bathroom. It's actually private ..very nice

OP, I listen more than I talk at work (to other people's bullshite), but I'm usually just being nice. I talk about some things with a lady I work with, but I never tell anyone everything.
That includes my wife.

Some of my besties are people I met at work, but only one is still with the company and she's bat a different location.
Mostly talk about my nieces and nephew. Or make references like "What time is it? It's time for lunch."

I talk to people at work like I talk to my friends. I'm a normal person and so are they. Why should I treat them differently?

This. Our group at work are all around the same age (25), and we are pretty good friends. We go to happy hour every Friday and shite. I'm very transparent so they know pretty much all the stupid shite I do.
I wouldn't talk to the weirdos about my personal life though.
