MBA vs MS in field

I have an AS in industrial technology and a BS in Occupational Health and Safety. I have worked in industry nearly 9 years. My company will reimburse me all costs. They are indifferent on which I choose. My thoughts are that the MBA would allow me to potentially cross into other fields and manage at a corporate level vs project level.

Why is it relevant to mention an associates degree? I survived the first two years of college too.

Yes, the MBA is more applicable to other fields.
