Wow,
This is some great information. Will be checking out trilogy for a boat tour. And we do plan to take the road to Hana.
We are staying at grand wailea, But I haven't done much research on what's nearby.
I may have to do the sunrise ride by myself, wife is not much of a morning person!!
Thanks a ton for the information guys!!

I went to Kauai just 3 weeks ago
Went diving, kayaking, surfing, to the beach, hiking, and just relaxed. I recommend looking at doing the same because I had a great time. I miss it actually

I went in July, i would also suggest the road to Hana. I would suggest taking your own car instead of tour bus so you can stop as much as you like. As long as you're comfortable driving around hairpin turns. Also, if you can even stay a night in Hana that way you can take your time driving up there. Pull over and stop as much as you can and check out the sights.
Pick up this book "Maui revealed: the ultimate guide book" by Andrew Doughty -- he has information every couple of mile markers on the highway about sights you can see.
Venus pools & red sand beach were two of my favorite sights in Hana. Many locals hangout at both and you have to take natural dirt paths to get to both. The red sand path is a little dangerous, but both are worth the trip
The Pipiwai trail with the bamboo forest someone else mentioned is also really cool. Be ready to hike if you want to make it to the top, i think its about 2 miles each direction all on an incline

If only there were these agents that you could contact when you wanted to travel somewhere.

We stayed at the Four Seasons and they will pretty much line you up with whatever you want to do. If you are a golfer you'll want to play the plantation course. There is a ton to do. Everything everyone has already said plus there are zip lining and hiking /biking trails galore.
