That's happening, but it doesn't get the amount of play that outrage gets. There are multiple factional groundswells happening within the Democratic party and all running for downballot offices and competing for national attention. Bernie's wing is the oldest and most established "non-establishment" faction, so it is most well known. But look up a Congressional candidate like Blair Walsingham. You won't agree with her on some policies but she's not an outrage candidate - she has substantive policy positions and wants the best for her country.
