the catch 22 of all this is that if you say this thing has a serious mental disorder and should be put in an institution then you are some type of bigot or retard-o-phobe but if this thing goes on a killing streak then everyone will say that it should be have been locked up because it was obviously mentally ill.

This thing should be locked up in an institution and the doctors that worked on it should lose their licenses and not be able to practice again.
