If this doesn’t personify premeditation, I don’t know what does, seriously WTF. This guy Aranda, is a sociopath that can’t be rehabilitated. Even if he serves the whole sentence, which is doubtful, he’ll be out walking the streets at 43 years of age. Imagine what he’ll learn in prison, being locked up for nearly 20 years?
This is truly a travesty of our Judicial system.
