How many people will view this tragedy and say: 'Oh my goodness there are too many guns out there, or, that's why we need stronger gun laws, etc. etc.'. From my visual, this is a person who has no idea of the responsibility of carrying a firearm, and frankly (at least to me) and more importantly not capable of responsible thinking. For the major question here for all who read this: Did the gun do it, or did the person with a firearm do it? Second question: did the shooter have a rap sheet?
