Yeah we can't take any from December till January 2nd except on voluntary basis if someone signs up. Sucks.

I volunteered one year on Thanksgiving so I wouldn't have to go to the in-laws.

No shite, many of high paying jobs are hourly. Usually some of the best bill by the hour.

In my neck of the woods (not sure where you are at) the straight time range is $37-$42.

Yeah after becoming a board man where I'm at that's your average board man pay. Been here close to 3 years and a little over 30.
