Site from what I know is a couple hundred yards from TN, huge amount of distribution and some manufacturing in the same industrial development. TVA recently upgraded their infrastructure to help land the deal. They nearly got the VW plant but came in second to SC last year.

I want Mississippi to do well, but Louisiana’s industrial base stomps MS. There are multi billion dollar expansions every year in south Louisiana.

North Louisiana not so much.
