Wrapping up some signoff "Will be out of office tomorrow, yadda yadda, available on cell and Teams if you need me" which my team knows means I hired you to handle this shite so please handle and let me have a day off unless you truly have a problem that cannot wait until Monday to be resolved emails. Then off to get mini AS from his moms, make groceries, and get some ice cream because a vanilla concrete with raspberry mixin sounds fanfreakingtastic.

A little sad. I discharged one of my fave patients today. She completed her therapy - which is great for her- but she was so nice. I love her. I ended up giving her my personal cell number so we can have lunch dates in the future.

I’m all done seeing patients today now though and am out shopping for a few little gifts for some of my friends.
