We are all fools to some degree. Most of this stuff was was discussed in the 80's and 90's among the very high tech nerds but the computers could not crunch that much data. Also, parts of wings, are not wings and all those sauces are just covering up they are the worst chickens for sale.

My mom did that when we were growing up. Gumbo, spaghetti, fricasee...all with bone in chicken. Needless to say she is a baker and not a very good cook.
