Yes Sir.... 2 ruputed disc 1 at 15 mm and the standing one is only at 3mm, ...they basically just shave back the part of the disc ruptured....., trurst me it feels better but recovery is 4-6 wks...minimum! so i have live with this ruptured one for as long as i can take it!, forced road marches and jumping from planes does not help your back bro!!!!

I just hate it when my back hurts too much to play with my kids.

no doubt, and the MD's always say dont lift anything over..... much less your child and when they come for u its natural to want to pick them up and hug them, although, you are further fricking your back.....sucks!!!1
