The game time wasn't determined until last week.

Cheapest is southwest at $1000

What? We always drove on vacations growing up. It's not always affordable to fly a family of 4 when you aren't loaded.

Right...I'm saying that that's the problem with flying.

I'm just saying. I know three people who wear fedoras and scarves. All three drove to Florida for vacation this year.

The evidence is empirical.

bruh and you and wife both make 6 figures and you dont have any kids.....there's no excuse why you ant throw down $1200 for airfare, plus a hotel and tickets to the game.

I fly on actual planned out vacations. I drive on spur of the moment trips. We drove to New Orleans for the LSU game and the saints Patriots game because they were both decisions made the week of. We flew on our vacations and flew to all the Iowa State games because they were planned in advance.

Because I had family on the team and I support my family.

Because I don't want to? We're trying to buy a house this year. Spending $2000 for a weekend trip when we could spend $300 and still get there is retarded.

What do you do for a living where you get to take such lavish vacations?

We wouldn't be coming for the weekend. It would literally be driving in, catching the game, then driving back home. So $140 for tickets then whatever we pay in gas and stuff at the game.

My lavish vacation consisted of flying to New Orleans and driving to my in laws condo at the beach, flying to a buddies lakehouse in South Carolina, flying to Mardi gras, and flying to Sacramento then driving to Lodi to a winery. Very lavish

Oh and going to Lubbock, morgantown, Norman, Ames, Waco, and Memphis for the bowl.
