mikelbr seemed to know the details.
To my knowledge no one has been able to confirm who he was, but people used to be scared of him... Like him as in.. his message board personality. It was kind of funny. People were scared to piss him off because they didn't want to get on his bad side.
I got banned quite a few times because of that jackass.
