guess they deleted it when I quit posting for a decade
in other news- the acupuncture ppl called me today and they're gonna see me at 5pm today to stick needles in my shoulder/neck.

I've heard of it - but haven't tried it myself.
When my migraines were so severe - I was doing acupuncture a few times a month and it really helped- so I'm hoping it helps this too... we shall see.
Just got to make sure I get done with this patient quickly so I get home in time.
