Never had one but always thought they were round and smooth like a BB. That will enter my nightmares in the future.

I don’t usually eat fast food. I do eat a lot of strawberries and almonds. Pretty much daily with Kale in a smoothie. Maybe supplements? I eat a ton of chicken breast and steak. A soft taco is a go to for quick dinner around here.

I actually have to make sure I consume sodium bc I sweat so much playing tennis in this heat. I literally swallow gulps of Keto iv instead of adding to water to prevent cramping and head fog from loss of sodium.

Sweating out sodium is separate from consumption

Nooooo. I need electrolytes, not a gallon of sugar. I eat really clean usually. My son is really into body building so our meals are prepared with nutrition in mind.

I just know that I’ve experienced extreme brain fog for days after a long match in Texas summer heat. My sodium was low and doctor told me that I can actually cook with salt without worrying about it.

Hey Cheesy - I see you asked me what was for dinner - crazy things - my husband and I went to a funeral today for one of his close friends - so it was a rough day

Pro tip : V-8 (small can) > 6 pack of sport drink

PBJ sandwiches were very good for this.

Salt is tricky, you need some to live, but too much is not good.

I went restricted salt (now easier with reading labels) and some think that is why I am still here.

You can take a blood/urine test at the wrong time of day and show low sodium.

Bummer, tough to lose a pal, really tough to lose one so young. Give him a hug (no homo) from me. Did he leave wife / kids behind?

Think we might discussed this before. My son has never liked peanut butter and we think it’s bc he’s from Russia bc they don’t have peanut butter in Russia.

Have you tried one of this "seen on TV" single burner magnetic cooktops?

If they work this seems awesome to leave in the trunk for hotel stops.

Sure. I just think I have an pretty clean diet already. I’m truly stumped about this type of kidney stone. I expected it to be the other bc of all the animal protein I eat.
