Hey Slag. I used to be on a constant journey, looking for better cooffee to brew. I finally settled on Folger's Black Silk. It is a dark roast, decent, and inexpensive.

Hey t00f. I saw a good pork sale a few days ago. I grabbed the plastic, went to the store, and got a basket. I made it back to the pork and it was turrible. Some was over 50% fat, and some looked like it had been drug behind a truck.

St Louis style ribs, Bone in, and bone out chops. They didn't have any loins. That is what I really wanted to smoke.

My fav ribs are baby back (queue Taint) but St Louis should not be 50% fat.

My little one is coming home tomorrow. I wanted to have ribs smoked, but will settle foe boneless, skinless. I may just butterfly them on the grill.
