The only thing I’ve ever had from there was the jerky and I never found it salty. I hear their boudin burritos are good, I think GRT told me that

Nothing wrong with Bourgeois...their jerky and hogshead cheese is second to none
They must be doing something right bc they've been in business for over 100 years and they are building a brand new second location in Gray right on the corner of West Park Ave and Hwy 90 in Gray

I’ve never had their head cheese. I always got mine from a guy in MC that does homemade
