Try a nice aged gouda.

Canned Parmesan really doesn't have that much actual cheese. It's a trap.

i was but I wasn't aware alpha gal was even a thing then. Reactions show up 3-5 months down the road, which is what happened

Dang.. That is tough stuff...

There was a professional golfer named Tim Simpson that came out of University of Georgia a little early (80's)and was considered a great ball striker. Went turkey hunting with a friend. They were camping either in a cabin or somewhat of a rustic Lodge. He woke up and had more than 100 ticks on him and caught Lyme disease and it ruined his career.

Crazy story and I hate it for him but Lyme disease is prominently in the NE.

Odd, crazy stuff. I'm sorry for the challenges but stay strong. At least you can still be a hobo. Just have to be careful and picky about accepting handouts...
