Sweater vests are an absolute abomination. Seeing a grown man with children, propagated of seed or otherwise, wearing one makes me fckking furious. You looked in the mirror, saw that knitted catastrophe, and STILL decided to leave the house? Take that goddamn thing off.

I use antibiotics only in last chance things

Problem is your body has good stuff and bad stuff. Antibiotics, sadly, are indifferent off who they kill off.

If you do have to take them, eat natural greek yogurt, with natural culture (not your name brand stuff) to get your good body flora built back up (will take 2 weeks to a month at least)

Problem is your body has good stuff and bad stuff. Antibiotics, sadly, are indifferent off who they kill off.

When I was at my peak of health (predrugs, lifting, no-steroids yet, clean diet, running and lifting) I almost lost a leg and/or maybe my life. At 24yrs old I got some type of blood infection I can't spell and barely remember the name.

When I say it brought me near death, it brought me feeling pretty damn close. Stayed on antibiotics for about 1.5 months with an increase in strength every month.

Anyway, it felt like 90-120 days until my system began to feel like it was working right.

The effects on my mood and energy levels were nutts.

I've been against anti-biotics ever since then, I refuse to take any when sick.

Fckk an anti-biotic. Worst invention in the history of mecidine.

They did, but they kept me from making gains after the infection was gone.

I'm pissed about this, you won't be able to change my mind.
