No lunch. My hot water heater blowed up.
Luckily it was under warranty. New one will only cost 21 bucks. Plumber in process of swapping it out.

It was a 6 year old Rheem. Has a 9 year warranty.
For some reason I have to pay 20 bucks and change for a brand new one. Plumber is on the way back with the new one now.

no I think that was his Instant Pot when he hit 60 mins instead of 6 cooking rice

dang, I just dropped 10k on a new rheem central ac unit. hope i have better luck with the brand.
correction---$8800 on the ac---10k was for the generac.
