We have 2 stupid cats that we had to adopt when they showed up during a rainstorm at our back door. Been feeding them 8 years now. The female will not even let me walk by her, she runs as if I kick her across the yard everytime I see her. the male runs, but is not quite as scared. Yesterday, I was sitting on the back porch and the male starts rubbing against my legs. I reach down and quickly pet him and he acts like he is gonna bite me everytime afterwards. After about 15 min, he walks off and I think to myself, "well, after 8 years he is finally my friend." Ten seconds after he bites me on the leg and runs off.
