"public ceremony" was probably an incorrect choice of words. something public was held there during, prior, or after that pic was taken.
my point was, if those operators didn't want to be seen, they wouldn't be walking around in full combat gear. it isn't the same as someone leaking pics of undercover CIA assets.
yeah biden sucks, but he didn't dox anybody. if anyone is to blame, it's probably their social media team, and could happen under any president.

same here, the cut of meat makes a big difference though, especially when being cooked by amateurs
