If it catches, just wait. Mini AS started with Hot Wheels, then monster trucks, then NASCAR 1:64 diecasts, then racing them in the hall, then getting tracks to race them. Then a couple years ago he got a 6-lane raceway set that kind of set everything off. From there he found youtube channels that are nothing but racing using those sets. Now..like I said the tracks he builds are much more advanced than what we played with making tracks in the grass with a shovel to build lanes and pack in the turns. The setup this weekend used pieces from all different types of tracks he has gotten using those 3D printed pieces to Frankenstein it all together and build a track that started as a drag race to a jump to a high bank wide track and eventually twisted and turned until it funneled down into a single lane running into a finish line. I would guess he probably has well over 200 cars now and that closet is full of track pieces he interchanges when he sees something cool in a video he tries to emulate.
