The premium time is Fall and Winter for a reason, if you want really hot, the Keys "off season" will fry your brain and body in short order. The scorpions at night are just a horror movie "bonus".

Glad you and Mini AS got some time together just wish the experience was better. These are the Mini AS salad days so soak up every chance you get.

I think animals are the coolest thing in the world, and I look at them with a child's eyes the way CTT jr. was looking at them in that pic he posted earlier - pure fascination and wonder.

Common with kids back in the day as they were so small. I can only imagine how many went on "Mr Toad's Wild Ride" from your toilet to thew sewer system and how big they got down there.

I'd have been safe if it was a baby that wandered into the yard. Just a little snack for the pitbulls.

They said I was on my own for the snapper.

Best way to kill a snapper

Use wooden broom handle for them to snap on
Use big knife to slice their head off
Use vice grips to remove dead head from broom handle
Use turtle innards for a good soup
