Hello there scuba, and a handful of others of you. Hope some of you're doing okay today. Dph fax me a picture of his lunch but it wouldn't come through very clearly so I'll just tell you that he's having gumbo even though it looks a lot like chicken and dumplings. I think it's the Orlando version of gumbo.

Yes. But Skillet’s contribution will be to sit in the corner crying while I take care of matters.

Darth, I just heard the song Werewolves of London. What is that about? Is it symbolic of something or is it just a Whimsical tune?

What up LCA? Are you celebrating Mardi Gras?

That reminds me. I need to stop by the state store on the way home.
And I did think of one thing that’s new. I’ve been drafted to head coach my daughter’s 10U softball team. I’ve been out of coaching for three years. But it looks like my retirement is over.

It’s about a two week pass I got to spend in London back in the 80s. It was a different time then. Less inhibitions due to thinking they’d drop the bomb any day.

I coached my son in tee ball, baseball, football, and even two years of soccer. Spent one year as Cub Scout Den leader and three as Cub Scout Pack Leader. For my daughter I coached her in teeball and one year of softball. Now I’m back at it again.

Not too much, Oweo. Not really celebrating it this year. I'm not down there for the 2018 Mardi Gras. I'm not Catholic. Just got my head down working chopping wood and Toten water. You can ask Terd Ferguson, he knows what a hard worker I am.

Coached my kid one year... that was enough. Then he played football the next year. They asked me if I played football and like a dumbass I said yes. Then they asked if I'd help coach and I told them I'd help but only if I could coach the oldest group they had (and not my own kid).

How did that go? Did you have to deal with any pussy kids or parents?

They were actually a decent group of kids. They listened to what I said and were easy to teach. It was fun watching them progress from early practices through the end of the season. They got better and better and eventually won the championship game.
I had a couple of kids on defense that were fricking beasts. The 2 ends probably averaged a fumble recovery each per game. I also had a couple of girls on the team that were actually pretty good football players (one on O-line and one at LB).

The problem we have is it’s always the same ones willing to help. There are 21 girls in my daughters age group and only two of us said we are willing to head coach at team.
