hello guys, making bbq beans from scratch, prepping ribs and a Boston skill-, er, butt for smoking overnight, all for tomorrow, and please take that pic of me down, due to an injury and having been bedridden for a few months my muscles have atrophied, I've lost a little weight, and am not currently as buff right now as in that pic

The sausage that is sold down here is garbage. Mostly what is available is national brands with the texture of a Vienna snossage, or hot dogs.
At least we can get good cheese here.

When the kids started swimming today they found the snake in our pool
