They didn't take that much blood. Just 3 tubes. I felt totally fine afterwards.
I don't get much bloodwork done so didn't even think about it. Drove straight to gym afterwards cause I had to work that night and wanted to get a workout in before going to work. 20 minutes into cardio started feeling really weird. Drove home and felt light headed the entire drive home. Immediately felt better after eating a sandwich and drinking some juice.

I wouldn't think that was enough blood to bother you, I used to practice football after donating blood in high school and it never bothered me

I've fainted before after getting bloodwork done but that was years ago and I hadn't eaten all day before the bloodwork that day.
