I mean I hear you, I just always heard that if a company supplies its employees with alcohol they could be liable if some sort of alcohol related accident occurs. Not saying I agree with it or anything.

Well that's just dumb. I go to events every year hosted by companies we do business with... crawfish boils, cookouts, etc. They always serve beer and there are a few hundred people at some of these events. Do you really think a company would do that if they were somehow responsible for every person that drank?
