The juice bar at Lifetime is pricey, the smoothie king I dont trust and the whole foods ( well if Im at the store might as well buy F&V and make my own)
gotta find your sweet spot, lucky for me Im so genetically blessed that I dont have to worry about my appearance and since im shallow thats what is most important

I do juice only, not smoothie. Some of those Smoothie King smoothies are high calorie. Your Hulk is over 1,000. I'm not in any kind of "bulking" mode right now.

CC, and I skip adding fruit to keep the sugar content low.
Downside to juicing is you don't get the fiber, but I wouldn't mind a little/a lot of pulp.
The flavor and texture of these juice drinks is unpalatable by many.

If takes way less fruit and veggies to fill a cup when you blend it vs when you juice it
