I like s'mores and cookies and cream but the rest that I've tried are meh. I like muscle pharm's combat crunch bars. They're a few more kcals but the peanut butter cup tastes just like a recees

I had the lemon one out of my variety box this morning, I saved it til last since it was the one that looked the least appetizing.....actually wasn't bad

Can someone with a higher nutrition IQ than I explain how a quest bar can have 20+ carbs but only 4-5 "net carbs" after factoring in the fiber an whatever else that is? If you were counting macros would you count the 20+ carbs or 4-5
