It takes a lot of courage to admit when you did something wrong, or to realize that things done in the past may not have been your best choices, we've all done the same. Good for you for working to improve yourself emotionally and fight battles with alcoholism.
I applaud your decision to discuss them publicly so that others can motivate themselves to do the same.
