It's easy as frick to make. Egg yolks in a bowl over a double boiler with a dash of vinegar, cooked till ribbony, slowly whisk clarified butter into it till it emulsifies into a thick sauce, salt and white pepper and you're done. Add hot sauce if you like. Add tarragon and it's bernaise

Yeah, I can't wrap my head around the astros being an AL team. Were you happy to see Bregman go there?
No plans to go to Syracuse for me, but I have a bud that has season tickets and sometimes hits me up at the last minute to go. We've gone to Houston and Dallas the last 2 years.
This is by far the deadest time of the year sports wise.

I always at least have a drink or two with dinner, so that works for me .. Most places want you to sit in the tables in the bar area if you are by yourself and not drinking .. If the bar is empty .. no big deal .. just not on busy night when it is packed and everyone else is drinking ..

Absolutely happy to see Bregs go there .. But I was happy to see Russ Johnson go there too .. and that didn't amount to much .. Carlos Correa is going to be a fixture at SS for a long time. Alex will have to play 2B .. and it ain't like Altuve is going anywhere anytime soon either ..
