I think that you are being reasonable with the request. It should not be too hard for him to have some respect for you. After all, you have nearly 3.7k posts and have made mini friends here. You are a ranger, Black belt, have an MBA, love your daughter and work hard. Owl is a filthy landscaper, not that we are judging.
I wouldn't have an issue with you meeting him at a sonic and showing him your goods...if you know what I mean.
