Good chance they are watching you. Keep your head on a swivel. Be aware of your surroundings. Someone has taken an interest in you and it’s probd to not for any good reasons.

Im thinking this might be some sort of scammer. I think they’re masking their true phone number with that number you posted. If you look at the link above there are reports of several other people getting the same call from that number. They may be trying to find personal information or something on you. Not really sure what their angle is here.

Jsut to be safe you might want to keep a close eye on things like your credit report for a while and make sure there are not any credit card accounts or anything being opened in your name. I have a suspicion this might be someone trying to steal your identity. I may just be paranoid though.
