It's a potato pancake, tastes like a hash brown where you can actually taste the potato. Its was a breakfast version, that jam has alcohol in it and isnt sweet. Has more of a tart, which I enjoy more than an overpowering sweet taste.
In the thing is like heavily fermented pickle, cauliflower, beet and I think and some other shite I gave to the SO.
