I can’t do them raw. And I pretty much swallow them whole when grilled.

Cool. You get them cleaned every 6 months? I usually do, but I had to cancel my last appointment and it's been about 8 months.. So now that you mention that, it reminds me I need to reschedule.

Def get them grilled. I can’t imgaine the oysters you’d get in Florida are coming from anywhere but La or Mobile Bay. It’s just been too damn hot to even chance it.

Every 6 months without fail. Even when it's uncomfortable, I still sit there thinking how fortunate I am to have the means to get excellent care. Get yo' grill cleaned!
I loooooove raw oysters but cooked ones weird me out. I am kinda weird about them though too now because I feel like I've managed to live this long, why should I chance it with vibrio.

I was also scared to get in the water when I had a cut on my foot...if something happens to me wtf would 08 do!?!?

I don't think I've ever had an open cut when at the beach, but if I step on anything sharp, I immediately think it's a stone fish (which are not in US waters).
