LSU has helped me in interviews as well. I currently make way more than I feel I’m worth. My manager told the rest of the team that LSU has a great business school (even though he’s a Georgia grad and they’re head and shoulders above LSU academically).

It's a broad stereotype, but LSU Graduates don't think that work is beneath them and will put in the effort to move up. Combine that with the general dispensation of South Louisiana culture of being friendly, energetic, and social. Good combination for leadership roles or the ability to stand out among your working peers.
