Universities with crime issues should make a radius around their campuses that encompasses and pertains to apartments and attached housing (not single family homes). This radius should allow only students, professors, or faculty/staff affiliated with the university/college campus to live in those apartments and attached housing inside the radius.

I don’t recall any non students living in the apartments around campus back in the late 90s at LSU. This is a major problem now. This and accepting students who don’t have the GPA and ACT scores they SHOULD have. They give “classes” to these kids in Cypress Hall (a dorm) during the summer to “catch them up” then admit them to LSU as if they have the same ACT scores and GPAs as everyone else. Our tax dollars hard at work….

That’s what I’m thinking. A lot of them are probably LSU students.

I have been going since the 70's and enough is enough.

I am not giving up LSU football saturdays because of Trash on campus.

That’s incredible. I used to go to Chimes postgame quite often, and it was never like that.
