And, as we all know, anecdotal evidence trumps everything else!
But really though, why do you care that students that pay for printers in a lab expect to be able to print from said printers? Sure, they could take the initiative and drive to a Kinko's (Fedex now, right?). But in the time it would take to drive there and back, they might as well stand in line at the printer that they already pay to use. Also, not everyone that's printing is printing something that needs to be turned in immediately. A lot of people print things ahead of time, you know?
