Definitely sign him up for rush.
He’ll gain a good base of friends quickly that he’ll be around the next 4-7 years. He will not have to associate with the run of the mill students and will be part of a helpful network for life. It’s a great time to be Greek.
I would venture to say the first two weeks of college are the most critical of his life for building his friend group as he will be around so many other people thrust into the same experiences.
He must be extra social those first few weeks and not wait around till October to use his social muscles. If he waits, he will never catchup.

Don’t subject your son to the liability. LSU is thoroughly feminized in that Progressive way and it puts a target on his back. The college campus is no place for tolerance, especially tolerating masculinity.

Honestly with all of the new regulations and LSU cracking down on them, I dont see how some of them dont go underground and off campus. Theres not much benefit to having the LSU admin recognize your organization other than to harass them into folding.

I meant 4-7 for undergrad years. You’ve got a few years on me but I see my fraternity brothers a pretty good bit.
